Former Aerospace Engineer Pierre Hugues Routhier, Eng., M.Eng., is a specialist in advanced imaging technologies. He has developed innovative solutions and workflows for studios, post-production facilities and broadcasters in all fields of advanced imaging. He is credited with more than a dozen patents related to advanced imaging and is published in several industry papers. These days, Pierre designs advanced workflows for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, instructs the SMPTE online course on High Dynamic Range and collaborates to new video standards at the European Broadcasting Union.
