Fun Tricks With TV Antennas!

You may not know this, but VHF and UHF TV radio signals actually bend (refract) as they pass over hills and buildings. And this trick can be put to use to pull in TV stations in remote locations that, at first glance, would appear to have no TV reception at all. This short video explains how VHF and UHF signal refraction made successful TV reception possible at a remote location in southern Vermont. (You won't believe where one of the TV antennas was finally installed!)
